standards followed by us are:
- Daily analysis of electroplating baths for Nickel, Copper & Chrome.
- Copper hardness of each cylinder.
- Chrome hardness of each cylinder.
- Diameter of each cylinder from one end to other end
of the cylinder.
- Roughness of each cylinder.
- Cell geometry (Width/Wall/Depth) for each
cylinder is checked to ensure correct reproducibility
and consistency.
- Checking and matching of each cylinder proof with
the master sample artwork prior to despatch.
- Proper packing of cylinders to avoid any transit
damage
